A rational arc tooth profile is also used to enable high-load transmission. With large belt teeth, it has a high tooth-skipping performance. There is low noise due to the effect of special dimples on the tooth tips. High-precision transmission is possible because the engagement with the pulley is just touching where the tooth tip and bottom come into contact.
