5/8” pitch riveted roller chain made of carbon steel material. The solid rollers allow for smooth rotation on the bushing, minimizing impact load as the chain engages the sprocket tooth. The chain is pre-loaded during assembly, which seats the chain components, minimizing initial elongation. The chain rollers and link plates are also shot-peened for greater fatigue strength. Lastly, they are hot-dipped in a special lubricant, ensuring all load-bearing surfaces are protected from metal-to-metal contact for improved wear life.
