Made using a plastic post with a round 13-1/4″ diameter rubber base. Post features reflectors for increased visibility. Panel nests half way for compact storage. 1-5/8″ thick tapered panel measures 3-1/2″W on top and 5″W on bottom. Base is weighted for stability in windy conditions. Base includes mounting holes for semi-permanent anchoring (hardware not included). Measures 22-5/8″H overall. Easy assembly.
