Vinyl lockout tags are made with .015 mil thick tear and chemical resistant vinyl to withstand the toughest environments. The material is a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface. Features a writeable matte surface with a 3/8″ reinforced brass grommet. Meets OSHA 29 CRF 1910.147 requirements.
